This Tuesday we’re thrilled to present one of the BIGGEST EVER names to headline Comedy Masala!! That’s right, we’re featuring internationally acclaimed South African comedian BARRY HILTON. Barry is on a multi-city Asian tour and is stopping by Singapore to perform his first full-length feature show. He has worked internationally for 30 years and has five solo standup comedy DVDs to his name. Barry Hilton will make a special headline appearance at Masala # 120 with a PREVIEW (15 min set) of his full-length one-hour show! The night will also showcase 8 comics from Masala who are all ready to make you LYFAO!

Internationally acclaimed South African comedian, Barry Hilton kicks off his international tour schedule in Singapore in January 2013 before continuing on to Hong Kong, Macau, Dubai and Australia. A comedy stalwart, Barry has worked internationally for an astonishing 30 years. With a fan base that spans the globe, Barry has performed to rapturous applause and rave reviews on five of the seven continents. With performances to people of every nationality under his belt, he has fine-tuned his shows for international audiences. He has worked with and opened for comic greats, including Billy Connolly, and has performed in top international venues such as the Royal Albert Hall in London. Following the successful down under leg of his 2011 Serial Comic World Tour, he has been invited back to perform for a season at the Sydney Comedy Store. He has five solo standup comedy DVDs to his name and has starred in numerous adverts, TV shows and movies. He has played lead roles in two movies (Finding Lenny and Outrageous), and has another film in the pipeline with award-winning SA film director Anant Singh. With six kids, two ex-wives, a new wife and a few dogs, Barry has the life experience to back a lifetime of stories.
